Arcine Studio presents the master planning and 3D visualization of Fieldstone, a contemporary residential community in Canada developed around walkable streets, varied housing types, and a central recreational landscape. The ongoing project brings together detached homes, landscaped avenues, sports facilities, neighbourhood greens, and pedestrian connections within a cohesive suburban framework. Designed to support family life and long-term community growth, the masterplan balances privacy, accessibility, and shared outdoor space.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Arcine Studio developed Fieldstone around a large central green that acts as the social and recreational heart of the neighbourhood. A multi-use sports field, hard courts, play areas, and landscaped paths create a shared destination within walking distance of every home, encouraging daily activity and informal community interaction.
Residential streets radiate from the central park through a network of loops, crescents, and quiet cul-de-sacs. This arrangement reduces through traffic while maintaining clear connections to the surrounding road system. Tree-lined sidewalks, planted medians, and defined crossings make movement through the community safer and more comfortable for pedestrians.
The housing strategy introduces a varied mix of contemporary detached residences, ranging from compact family homes to larger villas. Differences in massing, roof form, brick, stone, and rendered finishes create architectural variety while maintaining a consistent neighbourhood character. Front gardens and generous setbacks soften the streetscape and provide each home with a distinct address.
Landscape buffers frame the community edges and strengthen its relationship with the surrounding Canadian setting. Mature trees, flowering planting, and open lawns create seasonal interest while improving privacy and visual continuity.
