Canopy Bay Resort
Arcine Studio presents the master planning and 3D visualization of Canopy Bay Resort, a waterfront destination in Canada shaped by low-rise residences, private villas, hospitality venues, landscaped pools, and direct access to the shoreline. The development is organized as a walkable resort community where architecture, recreation, and natural landscape work together to create a relaxed yet active environment for residents and visitors.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Arcine Studio developed Canopy Bay Resort around a central leisure spine that connects the residential clusters with pools, gardens, social spaces, and the waterfront. Curving building forms follow the landscape and open views toward the water, while smaller villas and apartment blocks create a varied scale across the site.
A sequence of swimming pools, terraces, shaded lounges, and planted courtyards forms the social heart of the masterplan. These shared spaces are distributed between the buildings rather than concentrated in one zone, allowing different areas of the resort to remain active while preserving a sense of privacy.
The residential architecture combines contemporary façades, generous balconies, and landscaped edges to strengthen indoor-outdoor living. Ground-level terraces and rooftop pergolas extend daily life beyond the interiors, while the arrangement of buildings creates framed views and shaded pedestrian routes.
Closer to the shoreline, hospitality and entertainment spaces introduce a more vibrant public character. A beach pavilion, sculptural bar, outdoor dining areas, and marina-facing terraces support daytime leisure and evening gatherings. Their position gives the waterfront a clear destination while maintaining visual connections to the wider resort.
Roads and parking are placed around the outer edges, allowing the central landscape to remain primarily pedestrian. Through resort master planning, waterfront landscape design, hospitality planning, and architectural visualization, Arcine Studio shapes Canopy Bay Resort as a complete destination where residential comfort, natural setting, and shared recreation form one connected experience.
