Horizon Entertainment District
Arcine Studio presents the master planning and 3D visualization of Horizon Entertainment District, a large-scale mixed-use entertainment destination in the USA. The development brings together immersive attractions, indoor recreation, sports facilities, water-based leisure, hospitality, dining, retail, and landscaped public spaces within one connected destination. Designed to support day-to-night activity, the masterplan creates a clear visitor journey while allowing each attraction to maintain its own identity.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Arcine Studio developed Horizon Entertainment District around a network of active zones linked by pedestrian promenades, landscaped gathering spaces, and clear internal circulation. Major attractions are positioned as visible anchors, helping visitors understand the site immediately while drawing movement through the wider development.
The entertainment program includes large indoor venues, family attractions, sports and recreation facilities, a waterpark, and flexible event spaces. Their arrangement creates a varied sequence of experiences, moving between high-energy destinations and quieter social areas without disrupting operational access.
Retail, restaurants, and outdoor dining are distributed along the main pedestrian routes, keeping the district active between attractions and extending visitor stays. Shaded terraces, plazas, planting, and illuminated façades create comfortable public spaces suited to both daytime use and evening entertainment.
Hospitality buildings are integrated into the masterplan to support longer visits and strengthen the development as a complete destination. Parking, drop-off areas, service roads, and back-of-house access are organized around the perimeter, allowing the central public realm to remain walkable and visually cohesive.
Through entertainment master planning, mixed-use development design, hospitality planning, landscape design, and architectural visualization, Arcine Studio shapes Horizon Entertainment District as a dynamic destination where leisure, sport, culture, commerce, and public life come together within one memorable and commercially adaptable framework.
