Acreline District
Arcine Studio presents the master planning and 3D visualization of Acreline District , a mixed-use development in Florida that combines housing, local commerce, food production, employment, recreation, and supporting infrastructure within one connected plan. The project brings together residential streets, productive landscapes, market spaces, greenhouses, warehouse facilities, community buildings, and generous green corridors, creating a neighbourhood designed to support both daily life and long-term economic activity.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Arcine Studio developed Acreline District around the idea that living, working, and producing can coexist within a carefully organized environment. Residential neighbourhoods occupy the quieter edges of the site, where detached homes, townhouses, landscaped streets, and pedestrian routes create a comfortable setting for families
At the centre of the plan, a network of gardens, shaded paths, play areas, and open lawns links the housing clusters with the wider community program. These green spaces soften the scale of the development while creating places for recreation, gathering, and everyday movement.
The productive district introduces greenhouses, water-based growing systems, agricultural plots, storage buildings, and logistics areas. Their arrangement supports clear servicing and circulation while maintaining visual separation from the residential zones. A dedicated organic and fish market connects production directly with the community, turning local food into a visible part of daily life.
Larger warehouse and operational buildings are positioned near the site perimeter for efficient vehicle access. Parking, loading zones, and service roads are planned independently from the main pedestrian routes, improving safety and reducing conflict between residential and commercial movement.
Through mixed-use master planning, residential community design, productive landscape planning, and architectural visualization, Arcine Studio shapes Acreline District as a self-supporting Florida development where housing, employment, commerce, and green infrastructure reinforce one another.
