Arcine Studio presents the master planning and 3D visualization of Everwell Village, an age-friendly residential community in Florida designed around independence, accessibility, wellness, and everyday social connection. The development combines private cottages, apartment residences, community facilities, landscaped recreation, and clearly organized support spaces within a calm, walkable setting shaped for comfortable long-term living.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Arcine Studio organized Everwell Village around a central community and wellness hub that provides residents with an identifiable heart to the development. Its generous entrance, sheltered drop-off areas, terraces, and surrounding water features create a welcoming arrival while connecting shared indoor facilities with the landscape.
Residential neighbourhoods are arranged around this centre through a mix of detached cottages and larger multi-unit buildings. The varied housing types support different levels of privacy and independence while allowing residents to remain part of one connected community. Repeated roof forms, warm masonry, timber details, and landscaped frontages establish a familiar residential character rather than an institutional atmosphere.
Short, legible routes connect the homes with gardens, recreation, parking, and community amenities. Wide pathways, clearly marked crossings, shaded resting areas, and gently structured landscaping improve comfort and orientation throughout the site. Vehicular circulation remains direct, with convenient access to residences and the central building without dominating pedestrian spaces.
A landscaped park introduces a pond, walking loops, sports courts, pool areas, pavilions, and flexible lawns for both quiet relaxation and group activity. These spaces encourage movement, outdoor gathering, and contact with nature while offering residents varied choices throughout the day.
