Spanning 65 acres, the master plan features a harmonious blend of contemporary apartment buildings, thoughtfully crafted to foster a strong sense of community while offering residents a luxurious living experience.
With a focus on blending contemporary aesthetics and historical context, our design features a striking interplay of brick masonry and sleek metal panels, creating a cohesive yet vibrant façade that enriches the cityscape. The architecture emphasizes street-level activity with thoughtfully integrated retail spaces, wide pedestrian pathways, and greenery, fostering a lively community environment.
The project’s core is defined by its series of interconnected courtyards, acting as serene green retreats amid the urban landscape.
