PROJECT CONCEPT
The masterplan features two distinct IT zones, designed as innovation hubs that attract technology firms and foster a dynamic business environment. Complementing these zones are multiple office buildings that cater to a variety of industries, providing flexible and modern workspace solutions. The development also includes three luxurious hotels, offering top-tier accommodations and amenities for business travelers and tourists alike.
The retail landscape is anchored by two expansive malls, each designed to offer an unparalleled shopping and entertainment experience, with a variety of high-end stores, gourmet dining options, and leisure activities.
