The House of Cannabis
Arcine Studio embarks on an exciting adaptive reuse project that transforms a multi-story structure. We craft a ground floor retail and waiting area, followed by cannabis growth processes on the first three floors and a cannabis processing facility on the fourth. To top it off, we create a stunning rooftop restaurant. This innovative ‘weed center’ redefines the standard, blending eco-conscious design with aesthetic brilliance.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Arcine Studio embraces the transformative challenge of adaptive reuse in our groundbreaking renovation project. Located within a multi-story structure, this visionary endeavor seamlessly integrates interior and exterior elements. The design reimagines a ground floor retail and waiting area as an inviting gateway, harmonizing functionality and aesthetic appeal.
The true innovation unfolds on the first, second, and third floors, where we cultivate a plant growth process for cannabis. This dynamic cultivation space embodies sustainability and precision, creating a synergy between nature and cutting-edge technology. The 4th floor is dedicated to the refinement and processing of cannabis, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
As a crowning feature, our design culminates in a rooftop restaurant that offers a breathtaking panoramic view. Here, visitors can savor not only exquisite cuisine but also the tranquil ambiance of a rooftop garden. This adaptive reuse project redefines the concept of a ‘weed center’ and sets a benchmark for architectural ingenuity, fostering an eco-conscious and vibrant environment.
At Arcine Studio, we strive to create spaces that transcend boundaries and redefine perceptions, and this project embodies our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and artistic excellence.
