PROJECT CONCEPT
Arcine Studio, known for its creative architectural talent, sets out on a transformational journey to transform a ground-plus-three-story high-rise structure into a genuine work of art. Our goals also extend to the facade design, which skillfully employs Micro-Slat (MS) louvres to meticulously recreate the elegant cadence of the ocean waves. This approach not only amplifies the building’s aesthetic allure but also elevates its inherent functionality.
The diligently positioned MS louvres create a visually captivating tapestry that is reminiscent of the fascinating ripples of ocean waves. Beyond their aesthetic value, these louvres play a crucial role in passive solar management, maximizing the interaction between natural light and ventilation to create a sustainable and peaceful interior environment.
Within this multifaceted structure, Arcine Studio seamlessly integrates retail spaces on the lower levels, effectively melding them with the urban milieu to craft a lively and welcoming streetscape.
