PROJECT INFORMATION
Carnival City
Carnival City is a container-based amusement park and leisure destination in Oman, designed and visualized as a vibrant outdoor entertainment environment shaped around food, rides, public gathering, and night-time atmosphere. The project combines modular container architecture with carnival-style attractions, creating a flexible destination where retail, cafés, rides, seating areas, and pedestrian activity come together within one energetic public space.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Arcine Studio developed the architectural visualization and entertainment park imagery for the project, presenting the concept through masterplan views, day renders, and evening scenes. The visuals highlight a compact but active leisure layout, with a Ferris wheel as the main visual anchor, container-based food and café units lining the promenade, shaded seating areas, landscape pockets, parking zones, and a clear pedestrian route through the site.
The design uses the raw efficiency of container architecture but softens it through lighting, signage, planting, paving patterns, timber details, and open seating areas. This gives the park a contemporary commercial character while still keeping the experience relaxed and welcoming. The container units act as food shops, coffee points, service spaces, and retail edges, helping frame the public walkway and activate the ground level throughout the day.
A major part of the project’s identity comes from its night-time atmosphere. Warm façade lighting, glowing carnival signage, illuminated rides, string lights, and sunset reflections turn the park into an evening destination. The Ferris wheel and carousel elements create strong visual moments, while the surrounding cafés and seating areas encourage visitors to stay, gather, and move through the park at a slower pace.
Through detailed 3D rendering, amusement park visualization, exterior visualization, and masterplan planning imagery, Arcine Studio presented Carnival City as a compact entertainment destination with clear commercial appeal. The final visuals communicate the project’s circulation, attraction placement, container architecture, guest experience, and memorable night-time identity.
Rather than functioning as a simple container market, Carnival City was visualized as a full leisure environment. It brings together food, movement, rides, seating, landscape, and branded entertainment into a walkable destination designed for families, visitors, and evening social activity.
