ArcineOps is built and operated by Arcine Studio. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.
Option 1 — Delete from the Mobile App
This is the fastest way to delete your ArcineOps mobile account.
- Open the ArcineOps app on your Android device.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, shown as a red button.
- Read the confirmation, tap Continue, then re-enter your password.
- Your mobile account is deactivated immediately.
Option 2 — Email Request
If you can no longer sign in to the app, email [YOUR EMAIL] from the address registered to your account, with the subject line “Delete my ArcineOps account”. We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by email.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we immediately:
- Disable your ability to sign in to the ArcineOps mobile app
- Remove your push notification tokens from our servers
- Anonymize your display name and profile photo in chat messages and comments that other mobile users can see. Your name becomes “Removed user”.
What Is Kept
Because ArcineOps is an organization-managed service used by your employer, the following may be retained by your organization for recordkeeping:
- Your underlying user record on the web dashboard at dashboard.arcine.studio , visible only to administrators of your organization
- Project content you authored, including tasks, comments, and project updates, so that shared work history remains intact for your colleagues
- Attendance and time-tracking records required for your employer’s business operations
To request complete erasure of these records, subject to your organization’s retention obligations, email [YOUR EMAIL] and we will coordinate with your organization administrator. We will respond within 30 days.
Retention Period for Fully Deleted Data
When account data is fully erased, copies in operational backups are purged within 90 days.
